終於完成當初設定的宇宙最High線上路跑的半馬,這二個月真的太少跑步,昨天試跑了10km,今天小腿、大腿還是好酸,今天剛開始跑就覺得身體好沉,腳有點抬不起來!(因為第一次跑三重-蘆洲河濱,心裡已經漠漠啟動跑走看風景模式)
一路上曾經有一度跑起來很輕鬆,但那只是迴光返照,在14km後,只能跑跑走走來舒緩肌肉的不適感!
這禮拜有萬金石迷你馬,即使不能回復最好狀態,也要回到跑起來沒那麼痛苦,加油啦!
