| 最硬的在後段,賽情就知道整個路線最後14K的柴山賽道是不斷的上下坡,如果前面不保守一點後段就痛苦了,加上這個賽季因諸多因素影響,速度還沒達到自己的預期目標,因此跑得比較保守。
賽前預估跑到28K時均速4:50,回到終點均速5:00,最後約330完賽,雖然16~24K有數度覺得力不從心,使不上力,事實上到28K都還高於自己的預期,只是最後14K的坡比我想想的還難跑,太久沒來跑,已經忘記後段的地形如何了,加上天氣真的熱,能以335完賽已經及格了。
接下繼續調整練跑時間、方式,回到自己滿意的狀況。
