期中考不及格,旗山馬半馬跑得不錯後,在台北馬的配速上本來想朝完賽305~308標準來配。
結果,最後只以322完賽...起跑前在B區等待時尿意就慢慢出現,同一時間更發現準備好的能量包全部沒帶XD,只有2包提神的咖啡因,這些狀況影響心理,15K左右終於忍不住,上了廁所,準備進入河濱前速度就維持不住,只能慢慢放掉,後面也沒有能量包可以吃,看看補給,適合的不多,後段就用5分速加上總計3顆小番茄還有2包咖啡因回終點。
