跑前覺得15趟好多, 雖然總計也才6公里而己, 但沒有跑過這麼多趟, 心裡有點小不安;
在暖身跑後, 主課表300mP"72, 照著田徑場的標線配速100m24秒, 但有幾趟都稍快了些; 前3趟跑起來覺得好喘, 緩跑100m需要大口吸吐做緩和, 但多跑幾趟後, 就開始覺得慢慢變順了, 漸漸習慣配速, 跑時呼吸也不再那麼急促, 開心可以順順的吃完主課表
