第二天賽事由下巴陵達觀山莊出發,先沿桃116公路一路往上經上巴陵至拉拉山遊樂區入口處11km後折返,沿途風景依舊美麗,吃吃枇杷、水蜜桃,倒也相當歡樂,回程一路下坡到下巴陵,以4.5分速下坡,在達觀山莊稍事休息整補後,即沿台7公路往羅浮村方向前進,雖然坡度和緩許多,但汽車、機車在公路上快速呼嘯而過,讓人不禁捏一把冷汗,還好,在安全的前提下,也順利完成這次的北橫自助超馬雙日賽,這場賽事同時也是葉菁菁的正百馬,恭喜菁菁晉身百馬俱樂部哦。 賽前宣言: 完賽 玩賽 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
