第一次參加校園田徑場繞圈賽,50KM/125圈,看似簡單卻一點都不容易,跑在優尼跑道加上穿著Y拖,軟上加軟,好像是跑在濫泥上,原本的反作用力被吸附抵銷,跑起來真的很吃力,還好,先採用權宜之計,來個赤足跑,這也是第一次,跑個10圈後,因腳底有點敏感,又穿回Y拖,就這麼一路到終點,一樣是50KM,冬山河跑起來相當輕鬆愉快,雲科馬卻感覺有點吃力,唉!可能是心境唄;今天碰到斗棒夜跑的幸宜來現場幫我打氣加油,哇!揪甘心ㄟ,感恩蛤^^ 賽前宣言: 完賽 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
