今天算是絕佳的跑馬天氣,整個68彎跑起來,很順暢,可能5分內跑者會轉彎腳踝有感,沿路吃了烤雞,滷味口香糖,烏魚子,愛玉,仙草,香蕉也很多。
30K後沒力,啟動跑走模式,跑100步走40步,進終點竟然還有4小時28分內,比上週設定的預估成績快兩分鐘,還算可以,4年沒跑全馬,退步9分鐘,算是合理,這場是浸水營的長距離訓練,但有點大意了。
