賽前預估至少要跑個345,氣溫也挺配合地涼爽,沿路補給熱情,尤其阿嬤們的加油聲很可愛,沒想到28K時,右上腹肌肉持續疼痛,到終點都還沒消失,原因應該是今年的速耐力練習,根本沒做,核心運動也偷懶一年半以上,欲速則不達。賽後為了拿一碗飯湯,上台階時突然左小腿抽筋,整整定格一分鐘,難忘的紅豆馬啊!
賽後評分: 會場場地硬體限制,感覺有點分散混亂,指示並不明確,伴手禮還不錯。
