3點半出門騎了一個半小時的車,到會場手指頭都凍僵了,幸好沒迷路。氣溫很低,今天應該可以賣力跑了,目標是345,起跑時才發現全馬人不多,前半馬預定PACE不低於5分10,以保留體力,這速度剛好一路跟在文雀姐後方,周圍5~6位跑友也保持一樣間距,就這樣一路跑到15K;20K時上完廁所,半馬約148,今天應該有機會破PB.
接下來跑在單車國道下,非常舒適,30K時雖有太陽,氣溫還算低,吃力感沒那麼強烈,比起11月單車國道馬時,好跑多了,31K時吸了不少新鮮農藥,再跑個3K也差不多開始進入撞牆期,想停下來走的念頭開始出現,不知道有沒有輕鬆跑完33~38K的訓練法?
約33K時跟上百信蓮姐的節奏,每進補給站,正在找香蕉吃時,蓮姐已經沖完一瓢水就開跑了,沒在休息的,其他跑友也俐落離站,激勵了自己也不能鬆懈,趁喝水時走了幾步,繼續跟上,就以不太喘的速度,看著前方的地面跑著,最後一個補給站的距離,間隔也太遠了,安排有點不體貼.
總算來到最後一個直線,稍微加速100公尺,過終點時看手錶,SUB339,有點意外,達成本季預定在高雄馬339完賽(PACE510)的目標,破PB10分鐘,非常開心,接下來兩場,要輕鬆跑了! 賽前宣言: 今年只跑離家近的平地馬,捨棄了跑壽山2次的有個家,跟爬3次觀音山的仁武馬。這場有沒有吃到飽的鄉村美食不知道,聞不完的雞鴨豬故鄉味,肯定是難忘的! 賽後評分: 路線路面好跑,適合破PB,不過補給似乎與宣傳文落差頗大,有廣告不實之嫌,交管大路口用心,小路口有時沒人,但有指標,也有人跑錯進巷子,沿路加油冷清,風景剛起跑很美,中後段普通,但雞鴨豬味道沒預計濃烈,但31K有人在噴農藥,吸了不少.
完賽熱食沒管制,前面吃完再回來吃也可以,滷鴨翅茶葉蛋一次拿兩份也沒問題,可憐了後面完賽的跑者,補給站間距不一,好像以容易躲太陽的地方來設,尤其最後一站超遠的,流動廁所似乎一站一個,第四補給站那個,還用豎線帶綁著.
