今天是霾害紫爆的一天,大家都豁出去了,因為是高雄馬。起跑時還信心滿滿,不過輕鬆跑21K後,就感覺體力已消耗過半,游刃有餘的感覺已經不知飄到何處去,增加的體重和減弱的肌耐力,果然不會背叛自己,30K之後就是撞牆期的提前來臨,有點喘不過氣,幸虧天氣陰涼,最後5K再啟動跑走法,總算4小時內完賽,高雄馬總是跑不好,考慮一下是否明年再來,今年的參賽人數增加,但似乎沿路的氣氛,沒有去年熱鬧。
不過很幸運,賽後遇到子齊兄,交換彼此近期跑步的心得,非常開心。本季的賽事就此結束,八個月後再來了!
賽前宣言: 優質的城市馬拉松,很難忘學生熱情的尖叫聲,每年都想參加,歡迎大家來高雄,市民共同參與這場嘉年華,越辦越成功,升級為國際板賽事,邁向IAAF認證之路。
賽後評分: 寫點不一樣,希望完賽後,能有逛園遊會的感覺,能有更多攤位可逛,比方熱食咖哩飯,烏龍麵拉麵可買,熱咖啡可以喝,大家在場外空地席地而坐野餐,架個大螢幕播放終點衝刺畫面,播放點輕鬆音樂,彼此聊聊剛剛完賽的心得,再弄幾台大頭貼機器,做做紀念鑰匙圈,搞成獨一無二的馬拉松賽事,應該對觀光也很有幫助
