往年最涼爽的平路破PB場子,結果五點半到會場,看到遠方清楚透澈的北大武山,就知道大事不妙,今天不是涼爽的日子了;加上屏科大那段隱藏版的小上坡,消耗不少體力,沿途幸虧補給站密集,沖了好幾次涼水,最後1k還是撐不住,走了四五次約200多M,總算小破PB三分鐘,雖不滿意,但也盡力了,月跑量不多,肌耐力大約就是這樣程度了。
賽前宣言: 三年前穿著RIDER 15參加人生初半馬--單車國道,這次RIDER 19上市之際,終於有機會參加全馬,當年沒吃到的豬腳,我來了!!!
賽後評分: 補給站豐富密集,交管用心,完賽禮細心挑選,不過好像沿路加油聲很少,最大可惜之處是,起跑太晚,多曬了不少太陽,理想是六點起跑吧!有機會再來!
