12月鄉村馬達成339的目標後,這場就決定要放鬆跑了,5點半到會場,氣溫沒有預報那麼低,一起跑,身體很沉重,原預定30K前不看手錶配速,以平緩呼吸來跑,但實在忍不住瞄了一下,約PACE 510~520間,也怕跑得太開心,衝過快OVER PACE,反正沒要破PB,很隨興放鬆地跑到30K。
不過10K在河堤折返那段,看到迎面的跑友,好開心哦!雖然都不認識,但看到每個跑友都賣力地跑著,深切地感受到一股往前的巨大能量,能夠來參加這場賽事,真是太棒了;只不過不是才10K嗎?大家衝得好快,彷彿來到最後5K似的。
太陽約在8點半冒出頭來,不過溫度還不算太熱,所以30K時,覺得還留有一些體力,先順跑5K再說,沿路補給沒看到有很特別的,只有黑輪等,只吃了香蕉、橘子、木瓜,棗子好多整顆可拿,但不方便吃(PS.今天也只用了一個杯子,帶了個夾子,夾在衣服後面),36K時還不覺得很累,是跑全馬以來,最輕鬆的一次,決定最後6K將體力用完,就一路加速回終點,最後1K超喘的,有4位跑友跑在約20公尺前方,也超賣力,就是追不上,一路追逐進拱門。最後這段我終於可以說,我很認真地使盡全力跑完了。
今天前30K放鬆地跑,結果成績只比PB慢2分30秒,但疲勞程度大不相同,上一馬破PB,全程繃緊神經盯PACE,最後10K非常掙扎,數度想停下來走;這場完全沒有想走的念頭,應該就是理想中追求的馬拉松模式,偶爾幾場照這方式走,也挺不錯的!
賽前宣言: 兩年前在這裡,初次達成SUB 4目標,再來回味一下,不過賽前賽後溫差10幾度,好像三溫暖啊!
賽後評分: 小朋友跟鄉親加油很熱情,補給水果很多,棗子整顆隨意吃,會場動線清楚流暢,伴手禮包裝精緻,抽獎完成時間很早不用等,冬瓜茶喝到飽,進終點時一一唱名加油,獎牌漂亮,終點裁判嚴謹,很熱鬧的嘉年華賽事。
但停車場好遠要走20分鐘,幸虧回程有接駁車,沖澡空間不足,若有個換衣服的地方更好,便當不算好吃,最後1K跟半馬選手擠在一起,旁邊還有汽車經過,三角錐應該放寬一點。
