太晚起床,預計的半馬改成15K,因為很趕,6:50要回家叫女兒起床上學,跑姿有點不正確,右腳大拇指出力太大,跑完指甲有點痛,鞋子也有點穿不慣,上一雙RIDER18感覺較軟跟合腳,這一雙不太舒適,因為是南美洲版的關係嗎?下一雙還是買ADIDAS BOOST BOSTON 好了!
