隨著時間越近中午
溫度節節上升
熱到跑不動
連走路都有困難
不知是否受到前兩天打的流感疫苗影響
上坡氣喘噓噓
比平時更加無力
感覺喘不過氣來
心臟有點要衰竭的感覺
幸好最後仍平安無傷完賽
感謝老天保佑~
賽後評分: 天氣非常炎熱,幸好主辦單位安排的補給站數目足夠,2~3K就設一站。飲用水和舒跑等都沒有短缺的情形發生。對於後段班後面的跑者來說,我已不敢奢求更多。當然,若能再多多補充可食用的冰塊和冰涼的飲料,那就是錦上添花更棒了。
