賽前宣言: 開心玩賽 賽後評分: 補給中規中矩。天氣悶熱,幸好水和運動飲料大致足夠,不致於讓後段班跑者跑到缺水。不過從頭跑到尾沒看見半台EMT機巡救護隊的機車在賽道上巡視,跑過50幾場賽事,實在少見。剛起跑沒多久,在第1個補站的流動廁所就發生女跑者不慎滑倒撞到頭昏迷的事件,感覺過了很久救護車才出現。真是佩服主辦單位的勇氣~~ 給 3 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 115~140 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 140~158 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 158~163 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 163~173 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 173~178 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為178 點此去設定最大心率 |
