受傷後的連續兩馬,完賽時間都超過530,
自主訓練,跑到21K時,右膝又爆了
台北馬限時530...會不會是第一場關門馬
這一馬很重要
怕右膝再爆,要慢慢慢慢跑
除了一開始的爬坡不太順
之後,30K前出奇的順
直到39K時,好像看到認識的人
腳步一頓....哇!!好像又痛了
要專心
順利在530之內完賽。
下星期台北馬如果也能如同這一場
應該是不會被關門 賽前宣言: 第一次在桃園跑馬 賽後評分: 一般。
拖了幾分鐘才起跑。
補給一般。
賽道風景一般。
回到會場,好像沒有飲用水。
