體力沒了、腳力沒了
還真的有點怕
起跑前先跑一下,夭壽..怎麼有點痛
還有時間,趕快橋出一個比較不痛的姿勢
開跑了,跑完1K,痛了..趕快橋一橋
幾K後....神奇,腳不痛了,一直到終點,沒在痛了
哈...
腳不痛了..但..體力回不來了,腳力回不來了,有夠累...
沒信心時,我喜歡這樣,找一個跑完全馬的經驗來套用
選了今年的海山馬,把宜蘭國道馬當作海山馬在跑
應該是可以完賽
