第二次參加,與去年完全不同的天氣,去年熱到爆。
萬金石,好像是12K就爆了..好累。
三重馬...有夠給他奇怪,不喘,呼吸順暢...
但就是沒力,跑不動。
幸好通過最後的折返點後,
工作人員、跑友不斷的加油打氣
還有蘆慢的啤酒
沒有他們,原本打算走完後10K
也不可能跑進500。
賽前宣言: 第二次參賽,
去年撐完半馬後,熱到後半馬幾乎是用走的。
今年希望能比去年進步。
