台北市陳四斤 台北市陳四斤 農曆年後馬上就來一場超馬
老實說...還挺怕的勒
初超馬約630完賽,這場就700吧,
主辦貼心的給上10小時完賽時間,跑起來壓力小了很多
好加在,變態爬坡不多,難度上比雙溪櫻花馬低
策略上慢慢跑,折返點前,扣除變態爬坡,幾乎一路跑到底
雖然慢,42K花了530多一滴滴(3月兩場馬都是限時530,看看能否跑完)
最後以608完賽,
哇賽....竟然沒有櫻花馬痛苦
櫻花馬跑了15K就想哭著回家找媽媽XD
這次完全沈浸在北北基的好山好水
享受居民、遊客、單車友、重機車友的熱情加油聲
太讚啦...這次雖沒有完賽禮
但這就是這場超馬最棒的完賽禮。 賽前宣言: 吃肥肥後的第一場,50K? 賽後評分: 1.風景漂亮。
2.準時起跑。
3.機動救護機車,來回好幾趟隨時注意跑者狀況。
4.志工熱情。
5.會場超優質服務, 過終點後,一坐下來休息,美女志工馬上前來
協助我取下晶片(我彎不下腰啦XD)這時...完賽證書、便當和衣物袋主動送過來,這是我從來沒遇過的5星級服務。
小缺點:
1.會場沒有更衣室,男生還好,女生就麻煩了。
不過才剛脫下衣服時,就遇到一家大大小小逛公園...
有點小尷尬.....
2.幾個路口沒有標示,去埕還好,
回程時,體力與精神狀況已經下滑....
