上坡不強求、下坡不加速
出乎意料,竟然撐到第一個折返點後才變成步兵
折返回去一看..哇賽..那個大爬坡剛剛是怎麼跑上來的啊

還是硬撐一下,硬撐沒去上廁所....
如果上了廁所,應該就沒辦法跑進sub5囉
沒想過山路還能有這個成績。
