台北市陳四斤 要跑風櫃嘴全馬,資料趕快上傳。
啊明明週三跑10K很輕鬆,
當天撐不過8K....太玄了
可能又熱又悶吧,半馬後到處找水喝。
路線還不錯,從一開始跑進長長的隧道
6K後轉海岸線、穿越漁村、貢寮老街
山路...恐怖的山路...炎熱的山路
最後一里路
生平第一次,沙灘慢跑。
路線安排上還挺不錯的。
最後騎車回台北家
哇...幾十公里路,幾乎沒紅燈,真爽。
意外插曲...
經過平溪等第一個紅燈
一個天燈從天而降....降到距離我約3公尺.....
