近來跑量不足,加上春節期間2週的高強肚,還好抓住寒流的尾巴(30K後太陽才露臉,但吹的風還算涼爽),加上建榮兄VIP級的食宿招待與會場接送,雖然最後多了近400公尺距離,但還能幸運的勉強破四!
