| 因為工作的關係,原本沒有報這場二水馬。但後來確定不用加班,加上跑友的跑友免費轉讓,就下場來跑了。因為右腳底還有些小傷,加上這場補給實在是太豐盛了,賽前就設定無傷吃到飽歡樂完賽就好。果然補給好到爆,最後3K每K大概有3個補給站,再加上跑友的熱情私補,所以又是一場完賽體重不減反增的歡樂馬。途中鄉民熱情的加油聲令我感動,大部分都是上了年紀的阿公阿嬤與小朋友,在烈日帳棚下待了一上午,持續地為跑友加油,一場成功的賽事不單是補給豐盛,各項賽前賽後事宜到位而已。最重要的是全鄉鄉民一起投入的那份用心,才是令跑友最感動的! 賽前宣言: 11/06(日) 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 111~135 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 135~153 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 153~158 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 158~167 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 167~172 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為172 點此去設定最大心率 |
