時間過得好快,當初選這一場賽事參加,雖然是報名費便宜,但主要是為了慶祝自己20年前的6月11日退伍的紀念。最近感覺自己最近狀況不是頂OK,又怕天氣炎熱加上山路馬,所以今天採用一種全新的配速方式:心律配速法,全程只看心律,不看速度,(原則上以不超過150下/分,為原則。)。並擬定10-25K隔站補給,25-40K後站站補給,順便休息一下。為的就是防止抽筋,怕後段整個爆掉。到達會場,習慣排後面出發的我,去小解回來後,五六百位全馬的跑友已跑光光。所以趕緊出發,出發後,天公算作美,沒有大太陽,偶而還有點小雨,但還是相當悶熱!也因此我有好幾個補給站都舀水往身上淋,雖然很小心,但加上腳汗,鞋子還是溼了。25K後報應來了,2隻腳底都起了水泡,也稍稍影響了速度,不過還好至終點都沒有破掉。可能因為心律配速的方式,沒盡全力在跑,也因此沒遇到撞牆期,37K的好漢坡也沒當步兵,平安順利無痛完賽!
