前天下午喉嚨開始有點輕微不舒服,昨天下午確定是喉嚨發炎,昨晚和今天早上稍微有點咳。本來今天早上沒有打算要跑步,但林崧大哥邀約,心想稍微小跑一下應該還可以。
雖然今天早上跑步時全程下雨,但實際上確實還算可以,今天穿緊身長褲、長袖緊身衣、風衣外套,天氣不算太冷,加上有穿輕便雨衣,前段跑起來還可以。不過17K就開始累了,跑半馬後已經有點不想跑,半馬之後算是撐完的吧,腳很緊,且跑不動。不過也算是撐完26K了。
