超級冷的全馬!感謝楷傑載我去台北!
今天這場預計四小時,因為最近沒練長距離,而且接下來還有兩場全馬,首要目標是不受傷完賽。目標有達成,但其實後面5K已經呈現軟腳狀態,不能不練啊!
賽前宣言: 放棄桃園市政府虎頭山綠色隧道扶輪盃半程馬拉松,繼續跑渣打,今年跑不好,當然要再接再厲!
