謝謝常先生,雖然你一定覺得你什麼都沒做
除了折返點太多之外
算是還滿不錯的比賽
GPS測的距離是41.811k
差了大約400m
還算是可以接受
所以真正的平均速度是5分15秒/k
這場跑得算是不錯
不過現在回想的印象中
7k開始就覺得膝蓋有點緊
前10k身體還沒適應吧
一開始的速度真的太慢了
但後來平均每公里在5分20秒內讓我頗意外
當然有趁機維持住
跑到30公里後腳開始很僵硬
尤其是臀大肌好痠啊
那時的姿勢一定完全變樣
接下來都是短程的,娛樂性質的賽事
下一場全馬應該是半年後
這兩個月先減重
然後增加跑量
應該還有進步空間唷
