今天約四點半在侯硐附近的福安宮跑步,感謝林崧大哥載我,三點半和林崧大哥碰面,0440起跑。上次跑這個路線是去年10月,從福安宮到接近三貂嶺車站,來回15K,折返後再跑到侯硐車站(來回6K),然後回福安宮。
會約四點半是因為要在太陽出來前跑完,而且大哥們都說這個路線很涼,路況又好。確實還不錯,剛起跑時我還覺得有點冷呢!缺點就是要來回跑,無法繞一圈XDD
今天依舊有穿護小腿,因為天氣沒那麼熱,鞋子終於沒很濕,天氣好,坡沒太多,所以今天跑得還不錯,不過17K也開始累了,腳開始痠,整體來說有進步啦。感謝各位大哥大姐。
