新竹MIDA 新竹MIDA 踩著6分速完賽的瓦數來long run,前32km覺得滿順的,好像有機會就這樣完賽;但過了32km突然就撞牆,使出吃奶的力量讓自己可以安全滑下最陡的2km,之後只能進入收操模式,最後2km還一度變步兵😅,要不是要回家當好爸爸快來不及了,真的想就這樣走回終點🤣;爆掉其實都在預期之中,但直接全馬long run真的是最快速提升耐力的方式,只是真的有點痛苦,良藥苦口呀~😆 賽前宣言: 去年忘了退費。 XD 賽後評分: 大致上都很棒,路線很有挑戰性,但上羊喜窩這段路太陡了,跑了32km之後,要下山覺得有點危險。 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~165 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 165~171 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 171~181 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 181~186 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為186 點此去設定最大心率 |
