計圈忘了調回公里計圈,變成英哩計圈有點不習慣,不過過程幾乎完全照plan走,前面因為訓練跑量和長跑不足,體感抓比較保守;28-32km試試看防禦性降速;剩最後10km體感感覺這時來跑個10km Tempo應該也沒問題吧?小破PB 96s。😊😊😊
