這場渣打公益馬拉松帶視障跑感覺特別有意義,獎牌也特別為視障跑者設計
今天天氣偏涼很適合跑步的天氣,第一次全馬比賽帶視友李昆明大哥跑,配速控制在6:00-6:30之間
跑到30k處李大哥感覺要抽筋就再放慢速度緩跑1k,等抽筋狀況比較好時再慢慢提高速度
完賽成績4小時24分,也拿到視障組第四名
