這天比賽天氣很涼爽,沒有下雨也沒有太陽適合跑步的天氣!
天氣因素沒問題了,另一半就看自己要不要完賽跑完.
5點從關山國小準時起跑,跑到摩天折返
霧鹿峽谷風景很漂亮,一路經過不少的隧道有些隧道距離還蠻長的
補給沒有想像中好,但至少該有的補給都有還算中等.
跑完讓我印象深的就是霧鹿峽谷的風景跟隧道.
這場100K跑前其實沒有緊張的感覺,也沒有預定幾小時內要跑完,也不管配速,完全就是用看風景跟身體狀況去跑!
身體狀況好就跑快一點,累了就走!餓了就補給站吃東西.
