昨天又下雨,換好衣服在家等,打算等空檔至少去跑一點,結果從七點等到九點,雨完全沒停過,只好又停跑。下週要比賽了,南橫也迫在眉睫,練習節奏卻完全被打亂,實在是很煩心。
今天早上還在下,還好漸漸停了。出門也沒什麼企圖心了,不必很快、不必很遠,舒服就好。
雨後的山谷清新涼爽,忍不住一直往上游去,後來轉進建農也一切都好。這幾天選舉的紛紛擾擾,在大自然都聽不到,這才是對身體、對心裡有益的事啊!
