為了天氣忐忑了很久,還好下午雲層很厚,還算涼爽,就決定穿短袖跑。結果起跑前三分鐘太陽居然鑽出雲層,第一圈就在陰晴不定中度過,不過不算太熱還好。
第二圈體力下降,陸續被人超過,最近練習不足,我也不報什麼期望,只求不要像上次在花蓮跑到腹痛、虛脫,那種絕望的感覺。這場算大比賽,尤其半馬人很多,後段就陸續要超過他們,雖然很有成就感,但原本就狹窄的堤外步道要鑽來讚去也很辛苦,有時還遇到單車迎面而來,讓因為流汗拿下眼鏡的我一直提心吊膽。
最後5k狀況有改善,可能是天黑後比較涼,就穩穩的跑回去,在一片半馬的藍色手環中我的紅色顯得特別醒目,最後還遇到11k的綠色大軍,就在他們夾擊下默默回終點了。還不錯的比賽還有捷運站接駁車交通很方便。
