雲林威諾 雲林威諾 感謝好友阿勇伉儷收留,賽前一晚有舒適的房間,讓我得以好好休息。
天公作美,沒有出現烈日,多雲轉換至暴雨的天氣,搭配雄偉壯麗的大武群山,景色變化萬千,甚是美麗,很開心與宗文哥、明哲、恰妹同場共享。
設定為欣賞風景的玩樂賽事,有幸跟旅人楊大哥一起凸完全程,那種感覺很難形容,50公里6小時50分鐘的時間,聊很多,也讓我想了很多人生的議題,諸多收穫就收在心底了。
太久沒跑長距離的結果,最後10公里雙腿疲憊極了,每一步都想放棄抬腿,還好楊大哥也很有默契,沒開口說要停下來走,否則這一停,恐怕要花上7小時30分以上才能完賽囉;共同憑意志力撐完最後這10公里,蠻像共同作戰的同袍,生死與共的感覺,感動! 賽前宣言: 玩賽 賽後評分: 小而美的優質賽事,唯一缺點:山路超馬賽程長、時間久,沿途廁所太少(我是沒看到廁所),男性小解還方便野地解放,對女性跑者太不友善了。 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 116~141 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 141~159 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 159~164 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 164~174 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 174~179 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為179 點此去設定最大心率 |
