9:22 結束這次的比賽 ,自己的能力尚不足重回12H賽事。
大腿爆+右腳踝 極度不舒服,為了避免造成傷害,結束是最好的決定。
回家後排尿出現異狀,不知是脫水還是橫紋肌溶解,這2天仍須注意觀察。
賽後評分: 賽道管制有很大的進步空間,很多3H的選手全程進到內圈跑(就是在講...3H女總一)這對其他守規定的選手是很不公平的。
原本簡章說4H 要換向,結果沒有....大腿跟腳踝就是這樣在7H 爆掉了....
