| 原本今年不想跑馬拉松,因為太累了 , 想好好的休息一陣子,無奈體重直線上升,最後才報名山路馬。我很排斥山路馬拉松,還沒完成百馬,腳要顧啦😀😀😀。連續三個禮拜跑全馬,接下來賽事應該會很好跑。這次上凸台意外,42公里後就跑不動, 最後4公里急升坡用走的啦! 第一次沒有獎盃只有獎狀和一箱拉麵,想想還是這個比較實際啦~哈哈哈...... 賽後評分: 不是說好42公里嗎?怎麼會變成45.8 主辦單位測量準一點吧 !真的是不好跑啦~哈哈哈...... 給 2 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~164 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 164~170 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 170~180 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 180~185 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為185 點此去設定最大心率 |
