每年下半年度第一場馬拉松都跑得很辛苦,今年也不例外。半馬過後太陽出來簡直就是夏天的氣候,一樣跑的 很辛苦,速度慢了很多,接下來賽事應該會越跑越好吧!希望如此~哈哈哈......
