| 今天的狀況不佳,加以天氣炎熱,跑出全馬最差成績。最近跑量偏低,也沒甚麼好意外。 賽前宣言: 中籤了,加油! 賽後評分: 1.動線安排差,出發分區空間不足,很多人塞在外面進不了出發區; 2. 水站長度短,倒水人手不足,導致水站大塞車,更嚴重是很多水站無水可喝,補充速度太慢,毫無應變能力; 3. 物資發放很亂,缺東缺西,也不主動說,要自己發現去問才說。總而言之是我參加過全馬大型賽事辦得最爛,經驗最差的一場。
