接下來跑步要放大假了
雖然沒什麼人跑、秉著最後一次就還是堅持下去
原來我小看甜甜圈了、以為沒坡度可以好好破個PB、開始時呼吸過於急促、還好有秀麗姐、我跟著走、慢慢調整過來、但是⋯⋯沒10k就想放棄了。
一樣的人事物、中心就會轉向補給有什麼、等等要吃什麼⋯⋯
