| 距離上場超馬賽(南橫)已經7個月,這7個月自主練習長距離也只有一次,大部份都在練接間&短距離,今天很擔心沒有體力後面跑不動😖,還好有人要當兔子讓我追😀而那隻兔也發輝很大的功效,一路上都在前面使我不敢停下腳步,腳酸腳痛也努力以赴追😅,起跑時站在後面加上天氣陰涼滿好跑,慢慢追過很多人,到了32公里前面有前導車在帶了,這時祈禱山神給我滿滿體能讓我一路跑回終點🙏雖然後面上坡有些速度掉到7分半但還是能用跑的😌,到了吊橋大會規定不能跑,我用快走方式通過接著在爬幾百階梯心裏很%&%$#*,最後1.1公里有個大斗坡本想用走的,沒想到兔子還跑😧😵只好跟著跑,進終點雙腳快廢了😫...... 賽後評分: ^.^ 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
