33K大腿後側抽筋緊接著換小腿抽,進醫護站休息冰敷伸展,再換大腿內側抽,接著連右小臂也抽,怎麼有這麼慘的事?連走路都有困難,心想應該要棄賽了。後來試著緩走,慢慢有舒緩,還好,最後上個廁所後又可以跑了。有點扼腕!
賽後評分: 銅標賽事果然還是有不錯水平,跑者素質水準也高,今年賽後便日式當菜色豐富好吃,不過這也是高報名費的代價。
