抱歉,還是失常了
困擾快一個月的右腳脛前骨痛,不得已只好前2天開始吃止痛藥,而且上周重感冒咳嗽躺床上3天的元氣沒有恢復,起跑前還在咳,右腳小腿仍有微痛,但都已經在起點等了,8點才起跑,最近天氣又偏熱(近年來最熱的元旦假期),希望11點多正中午還能撐到終點。前一天又吃不少肚子脹氣很嚴重,開始只能4:35~4:40配速,還有些吃力!!雖然沿線都是熱情民眾加油聲起此彼落,跟日本、琉球賽事一樣熱鬧非凡,但我還是專心跟前面選手步頻。跑了10K太陽露臉了,腹部開始絞痛,頭有點暈眩,不曉得是否被太陽光照昏,在12.5K補給站旁流動衛生間拉+吐2分多鐘之後狀況好些才繼續出發。
好在之後沒有不舒服的感覺了,再加上沿線民眾不斷喊加油,不能再落氣。18K處第1折返點前看到簡志偉已經先折返,我大約落後他2分鐘吧,沒錯,就是大號+嘔吐害的!!但還好前半馬仍有1小時39分內。廈門西邊太陽大,但風也強所以還不算太熱。
過了25K之後,約2小時,已經10點了,漸漸沒了風變成毒辣大太陽,還有一些上坡,前幾天感冒吃藥造成的無力感,以及因感冒+右腳脛前痛而跑量大減的後果慢慢浮現,速度很明顯地降下來了,35K之後幾乎完全沒遮蔭,因此37.5、40K兩水站停下來喝水並讓微痛感的右腳稍微休息再跑。最後2K已經11點了,大太陽且空氣不佳,要加速也難,只好撐著跑回終點了。
賽後評分: 補給很讚補給線很長、沿線42公里都是民眾加油歡呼聲、醫護人員穿梭不停,賽事優質絕對跟日本有得比!!
