終於要面對下禮拜的大挑戰了!其實無須緊張害怕,曾經付出多少努力就會得到多少收穫;既然不能奢望奇蹟,那就誠實看待這段日子練跑的累積。也不用去羨慕強者,I am what I am. 只要盡力跑出自己的成績就夠了,不是嗎?
