下半年度賽事的練跑從今天開始,有八個月的時間可以好好準備,先放鬆跑兩三個月,再想想如何安排,不過最優先的是,先消除身上多出的兩公斤體重,就從LSD緩跑消脂開始,今天感覺還不錯,不過燈會竟然沒了!還以為會有煙火。
