新竹正文 昨天咖啡喝多了,也沒睡好,註定今天應該不會太順利說。早早4點半就到會場,趕緊熱身一下,遇到了恰姐與兔兔大閒聊了一下,說在找Ted大,後來起跑後也有遇到他們三人小組,應該是慢慢跑吧,所以我還是照自己的速度來前進。
前19K都在竹123上跑,涼涼的覺得還蠻舒服的,也一直提醒自己要穩住,千萬不要急,但是補給就有點基本,害我有點失望,就喝些水+運動飲料+香蕉,趕緊出發,
到了68快速道路時,旁邊的跑友突然問我,現在跑幾K了,我說大概20左右吧,but這時後我覺得左腳底怪怪的,但還是衝一下看看好了,衝完才發現這下慘了,應該是長水泡了,所以接下來的路程也只能慢漫跑來完成了,
不過到了38K的補給站終於有比較多東西可以吃了,先來三片西瓜,麵包,番茄,一陣狂吃,補給大哥還說,慢慢吃吧,現在反正回去也都一樣啊,不用趕了,害我想說乾脆從現在走回去好了,應該也是五小時以內吧,哈~
一個阿北從我旁邊刷卡過去,這這是什麼東西啊,還是跑起來吧,慢慢跑也好,不過40K的補給當然不能錯過,老闆啤酒.可樂先來,哈~
最後這2K我只能說攝影師太多,不跑好像有點丟臉,還是跑起來,擺出很振作的姿勢吧,回到終點,為什麼幫我掛牌的是阿弟啊,說好的掛牌美女呢,可惡!
