這個路跑本來不想跑,被上一場半馬受傷完全打亂節奏,沒練的後果相當淒慘,比台南馬更快GG,25k就下腹部痛,速度完全跑不起來,當最久的一次步兵,還差點破了最差PB,感想是,以賽代訓對我來說是屁話,不練好不要花報名費了~~
