第一次完成唔到比賽,練唔夠、跑左60k已經跑唔郁、加埋左腳腳掌開始有d野,最後70km投降,超馬真係冇得呃,50km都話可以定多8km,但100km要頂多幾十k,肌肉強度唔夠就跑唔到,訓練好好誠實
