| 今天真是ㄍ適合跑馬ㄉ日子!天氣涼爽!超棒ㄉ!
一開始起跑後ㄉ3k右膝筋絡就開始緊緊ㄉ,所以想說就以5分速來配速,避免ITBS發作.不過過了2ㄍ坡之後體能就開始下降了(因為練不夠啦)!策略就是一直降速,因為此時筋絡又更緊了!雖然體能狀況不佳以及右膝筋絡緊繃之由,對於整體算來還算滿意,因為這一次完全沒有抽筋,全程也都沒有當步兵!不過到終點時有加速才導致ITBS才發作,真幸運!哈哈哈.......... 賽前宣言: 好玩就好! 賽後評分: 補給、當地人熱情都不錯! 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 111~135 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 135~152 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 152~157 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 157~166 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 166~171 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為171 點此去設定最大心率 |
