跟同事一起約跑!他第一次跑挑水古道,看起來有點吃力!不過這條2kㄉ路程真是訓練心肺及強化腿部肌肉ㄉ好場所啊!
田中馬之後,我ㄉ左腿大拇指已經黑掉了,今天下坡跑的時候,指甲有點要分離ㄉ感覺,還真擔心明天員林獅子盃路跑及下週ㄉ神岡馬會影響到,導致脫落!
